In my opinion, the three things you need to make your life complete are:
Good food…Fitness….Mobility! With these things, you can ensure you are taking care of your body and mind and when you do that, anything is possible! I am a Fascial Stretch Therapist, mobility guru and am currently working towards getting my Precision Nutrition Certification to become a Nutrition coach.
Oh yea and I was on TV (Iron Chef America; Battle Beantown) and am a master at meal prep! ”
When I’m Not Coaching I’m…
Usually always with my Dog, Xena hiking and going to the beach. I also enjoy walking around the city taking pictures and most definitely cooking!
