Chase DevineCoach

Chase grew up playing sports and was a high school athlete who ran track & field and wrestled, but when he first tried a CrossFit class, he immediately fell in love with the sport. He not only believes that CrossFit, combined with good nutrition, is one of the most effective forms of exercise to become stronger, fitter, and healthier, but also that it helps individuals learn to move more efficiently using proper form and technique. As a coach, Chase enjoys watching people experience CrossFit for the first time, then grow confident and motivated as they progress.

In a prior life, Chase was a professional chef, so he enjoys cooking in his spare time, as well as playing with his dog, Xena. Chase is a humanitarian at heart and is dedicated to helping people live a healthy life.
