WOD – MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH 2018

STRENGTH
In 5 Sets, build to a heavy Deadlift
Set 1 x 5 reps
Set 2 x 4 reps
Set 3 x 3 reps
Set 4 x 2 reps
Set 5 x 2 reps

PARTNER WOD
Against a 4 minute running clock, complete 3 sets of the following work:
500/400 meter row
15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
Max effort burpees in the time remaining

Rest 5 minutes between sets

Partner A will complete their first set while Partner B rests. Then Partner B complete their first set while Partner A rests. Partners will alternate back and forth until they each complete 3 sets.
