Program Full Potential
A youth summer program for pre-teens and teens experience rooted in fitness and focused on learning the value of integrity, discipline, and hard work through exercise.
Athletes will gather Monday through Thursday to participate in a variety of fitness activities, including but not limited to: speed, strength, flexibility, agility, and flexibility. While participating in a Summer Program filled with fitness, they will also create and improve their relationship with health and wellness, be amongst & develop relationships with peers who have the same values.
Start healthy habits early by creating a positive relationship with exercise and healthy living.
Program athletes will participate in a comprehensive and safe fitness program designed to create a fun, motivating, and exciting atmosphere. Supervised and implemented by qualified coaches. Beyond an exciting atmosphere, the by-product of this program will be improved sports performance.
This program, however, is not just for athletes and aims to improve the overall health and wellness of every child.

Week 1 July 11th- July 14th
Week 2 July 18th- July 21st
Week 3 July 25th- July 28th
Week 4 August 1st- August 4th
Week 5 August 8th- August 11th
Our summer programs are broken down into groups by age and gender.
