Kendra Epstein Head Nutrition Coach

kenra-optimizedKendra grew up in New Hampshire with parents who demonstrated the value of fitness, nutrition and holistic health, teaching her how good nutrition impacts overall wellness. She competed in many sports in grade school, high school and was a Division 1 skier at the University of New Hampshire. Upon completing her undergraduate degree at Boston College, Kendra spent the next decade working in corporate sales for several Fortune 500 companies. In 2013, Kendra pursued her career passion and earned a Holistic Health Coaching Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she focused on Holistic Nutrition and Preventative Health.  She also earned a Sports Nutrition Certification from Precision Nutrition.  For the past 4 years, Kendra has been coaching clients in her private practice, helping them maximize their energy and performance while showing them how to live healthy, happy lives without dieting. Whether you want to lower your body fat percentage, gain muscle mass, or “clean up” your dietary practices, we start with an in-depth look at your current status and set up a personalized program for your unique needs and goals.  Private Coaching is perfect for anyone having difficulty with consistency and accountability and for those who thrives with individualized support programs.

GROUP COACHING PROGRAM – Currently Enrolling for January 2018 (space is limited)

In this 8-week group program, we will extensively review nutritional information and you will be coached to “clean up” your dietary practices, add variety and adjust your food intake to improve your energy, athletic performance and body composition. This program is designed for people who thrive on group competition, camaraderie and accountability.
