FAVORITE CLASS TO TEACH AND WHY
I love teaching gymnastics specialty classes! I believe that learning foundational gymnastics movements is hugely beneficial to baseline fitness and overall body awareness. It’s also fun to help members build a new skill set and see the carryover to other disciplines!
WHY INVICTUS BOSTON?
Warm, welcoming community; positive, dedicated coaches; and an unbeatable professional environment!
WHEN I’M NOT COACHING I’M…
Training (a lot), eating, programming for personal clients, playing with our dog, and probably still eating

BRIEF “ABOUT YOU” SECTION
After I graduated from college, I moved abroad to teach pre-medical biology in Doha, Qatar. I fell in love with the region and decided to stay longer than originally planned! Over my two and a half years in Doha, my love for CrossFit grew. I took my L1 and L2 courses and ultimately decided to merge my passion for teaching and fitness! I accepted a job as a full-time CrossFit coach in Abu Dhabi and lived my dream of helping people build foundations for health and fitness. Two years later, I’ve given up the expat life and am excited to continue spreading my passion in the US!
Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University, competed at the CrossFit Games in 2018, and helped to spread the love for CrossFit around the world!
