STRENGTH
Four sets of:
Deadlift x 5 reps (heavy across)
Rest 2 minutes

WOD
With a partner, partner 1 goes and then partner 2 goes, complete the following 20 minute AMRAP for max calories;
50 Double-Unders/Lateral bar hops
5 Power cleans (185/115)
30 second max calories on the assualt bike

* Each partner should aim to hit four sets
