Set 2 – 4 reps @ 72.5%
Set 3 – 2 reps @ 77.5%
Set 4 – 2 reps @ 82.5%
Set 5 – 1 reps @ 87.5%
Rest 1-2 minutes between sets

1 set of:
Front Squat x Max Unbroken Reps @ 72.5%. Try and beat last weeks score.

WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
500 Meter Row
15 Burpees over the erg
10 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)
