Coach
I was born and raised in a small town in New Hampshire. From a young age I fell in love with sports, playing football, basketball, and baseball and continued my baseball career when I went to college. It was during college when a Resident Director in my dorm introduced me to crossfit, and I immediately fell in love with sport. When I'm not in the gym you can find me in the outdoors hunting, fishing or hiking with my family and dogs.

In 2014 the summer after I finished college I interned at Crossfit Speakeasy in New Jersey. Following that summer I began coaching at Crossfit Five Plus in Beverly MA where I stayed for the next two years. After a short time living back home in New Hampshire I began my current coaching journey here at Invictus Boston.
The members and coaching staff make up a family of hard working, like minded individuals who push each other to be the best versions of themselves.
Any hero WOD. I love the challenge, both physically and mentally.
