  • How long are your fitness classes?
    Our fitness classes are 60 minutes long and include a warm-up, strength/skill portion, workout, and accessory work. If you are attending for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked-in to class and get a tour of the space.
  • I have certain physical limitations. Can I still take your fitness classes?
    Absolutely! All of the movements in our classes are scalable and adaptable to every level. Our team of expert coaches will work with you to ensure a fun and safe experience.
  • How many people are allowed in each class?
    Our classes are capped at 10-15 people depending on the type of class and location. We cap classes to ensure everyone has a safe amount of space and ensure they get quality coaching.
  • How do I sign up for class?
    If you sign up for a membership, you will get access to a mobile app called Zenplanner that will allow you to book your classes. If you are signing up for a Free Trial or Drop-In the buttons at the top of this page will allow you to select a time for your class.
  • Are your workouts for me?
    Yes. Everyone can do our workouts regardless of age, injuries, and current fitness levels. Our coaches can modify the program for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter.
  • Do I need to be in shape to start at your gym?
    No. Our program will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start at our gym. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.
