We’re excited to let you know that we’re switching our gym software over from ZenPlanner and SugarWOD to a new platform called Push Press and it comes with some major upgrades! As part of this move, we are going to no longer have separate membership bases for Fenway and Back Bay. Your membership will gain you access to classes at Columbus, Park Square and Fenway! We are making this move because we believe it will create a better member experience for you and allow us to better adapt to the needs of our community.
Starting the week of July 21st, you’ll receive a few emails from Push Press with instructions to set up your new account and add your payment information. These emails will go to the email associated with your membership. We will also send out an email and text message to make sure you are on the look out for it. Don’t worry - nothing is changing with your current billing (same date, same amount, same membership). Once your profile is set up, you’ll be all set! This invite will be to our very own Invictus Boston app.
This app will be your go-to spot for:
Signing in for classes
Logging scores
Checking daily workouts
Viewing announcements
...and more!
Please be on the lookout for those Push Press emails and follow the steps to get your account set up. Once you're in, you can download the "Invictus Boston" app and start using it right away to book classes.
Where do I find the Invictus Boston member app?
You can find the "Invictus Boston" member app on the Apple app store here and the Google Play store here. Please wait to create a Push Press account through the app until you’ve received an invite from Push Press the week of July 21st. There are several other apps from Push Press in the app store. There is no need to download these apps.
What will be migrated over to my Push Press account and what will I have to complete?
We will migrate over all of your contact (name, email address, phone number, address, etc.) and membership information (membership plan, billing amount, and billing date). We are also working with Push Press to have all of your billing information and signed documents (waiver and membership agreement) migrated over via a secure, encrypted service. That being said, migrations can be tricky and we may prompt you to complete your billing information when it’s time to send out the invite.
When can I start booking classes through the Invictus Boston app?
We will officially send out invites to access Push Press the week of July 21st. Once you get this invite, download the Invictus Boston app, and complete your account, you will be able to start booking classes for August 1st and beyond. Class scheduling and booking will remain in Zenplanner through Thursday, July 31st.
Will I be able to go to any Invictus Boston location?
Yes! As an added benefit of the migration, you will be able to attend any class at any Invictus Boston location starting August 1st. In the Invictus Boston app, you will be able to filter the class schedule by location and class type to find the classes that work best for you!
A note if you pay with your membership with your FSA/HSA
If you need HSA/FSA receipts up through July, you’ll need to ask for them before August 1! Please reach out to Kenz (kenz@invictusboston.com) if you are a Fenway member and Luke (luke@invictusboston.com) if you are a Back Bay member and need these receipts or have any questions.
What will happen to my SugarWOD workout history?
You will be able to retain your SugarWOD profile with your benchmarks and past workout history as long as you would like. Push Press does offer a help doc here for importing your workout history from SugarWOD to Push Press, but it is a bit clunky. Many members from our other gyms that we have migrated to Push Press have opted to manually input their most important benchmarks to Push Press and kept SugarWOD on their phone to reference for the more obscure benchmarks or past workout history.
Who do I reach out to if I have questions or issues?
Please reach out to Justin Bartels at bartels@invictusboston.com if you have any questions or need help!
