Everything we do here at Invictus Boston is centered around helping YOU achieve your goals. From our exclusive InTouch program to one on one nutrition coaching, we are here to help you be your best self.

Our Back Bay locations feature two unique locations in Back Bay and the South End. Members of Invictus Back Bay have access to both gyms, which offer over 200 classes per week from 5:30am to 8:00pm.

Take a look at our schedule below and select the class you'd prefer, choose the "Free Trial" option, and confirm your registration. Then you're all set for your first class!


Class Listings

Columbus - 209 Columbus Ave

- Workout - a space on our main workout floor, best for those following the class program

- Weightlifting Platform - a space in the lifting area on platform. Can follow the class program or our strength/lifting program


St. James - 31 St. James Ave

- Open Gym- a space in the upstairs or downstairs gym, follows more of an "open-gym" format with the Coach.
