Our programming committee works tirelessly to develop the programs we offer here at Invictus Boston. From conditioning to strength training, they use the latest research and science to create a program that gets results. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, or both, our meticulously developed program will help you get there. We don’t make up workouts on the fly or take our strength work lightly. All of our programs are developed over six months in advance through a collaboration by some of our top coaches here at Invictus Boston as well as the programming director. Kiefer Lammi is a former D1 College Basketball player for UCONN. He has worked with athletes of all levels, abilities, and areas, from weightlifting and powerlifting to college sports athletic development. Before coming to Invictus Boston, he was the Director of Fitness at a sports performance gym, where he lead the internship program as well as designed individual and group programs and systems for the team to follow. He is currently working on achieving his certification in the OPEX Mixed Modal Athlete course.
Cam started programming for the gym in 2019. His primary role in the programming committee is metcon development. Aside from programming for Invictus Boston, he also programs for many individuals in and out of the gym of all skill levels and abilities. Anything from CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, basic strength training, at-home programming, as well as aerobic/endurance training.
