WELCOME TO INVICTUS BOSTON NUTRITION

The Invictus Boston Nutrition Program is a holistic approach designed around the specific needs of the individual in order to address lifestyle and behavioral aspects that make your food choices feel more like a lifestyle rather than feeling like a “diet”. This is done through educating and guiding you through the various hurdles nutrition can throw at us with the ultimate goal of giving you the tools to live your best life on the inside and out. 

 
This is not a cookie-cutter plan, or calorie counting, or macro-based and focuses more on the practical application of the latest scientific findings for long term health that are specific to you. 
 
The program includes an initial InBody scan as well as a one on one meeting. After that, you will receive 24/7 access to the coach through text, phone calls, and email with a weekly check-in regardless of how much communication occurs between scheduled check-ins.

Insurance Coverage with our Registered Dietitian may also be available. In many cases, even with high deductible plans, insurance companies will pay for unlimited visits with no copay. Be sure to check your particular insurance plan to understand your specific coverage.

Welcome to the Invictus Boston Nutrition Program. Our Nutrition Program allows our members to continue improving their fitness outside the gym. The Nutrition Program is comprised of 4 separate tracks with a 5th track under construction. All tracks offer the latest scientific information on nutrition and exercise with the best practical application guidelines. Through our nutrition program, you will work one-on-one with your personal coach to optimize your nutrition for your individual needs.

TIERS:

Tier 1:
Our first level of nutrition coaching is for the do it yourself personalities. Receive our starter nutrition guidelines packet that includes general insight on weight loss, weight gain, maintenance, as well as nutrition timing and what foods are best for overall health and wellness. This program is great for athletes of all ages and abilities who want to take charge of their nutrition and are ready to kickstart their goals with our help.

Tier 2:
For those who want and need guidance and better understanding of how to eat. With our Tier 2 subscription, you will receive your own personal nutrition coach to oversee your progress and help you achieve your goals. With our tier two program, you will receive two meetings with the coach.

You will also receive weekly check-in and updates every Wednesday.

MEET OUR PROGRAM DIRECTOR

JON ESPOSITO

PhD candidate, MA, CSCS, USAW, CISSN
Jon has a Master’s Degree in exercise science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as certified in Olympic weightlifting (USAW) and nutrition through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN). He is currently pursuing his PhD in exercise physiology through Concordia University of Chicago. He was most recently a collegiate strength coach at Tennessee Tech University (Division I, Ohio Valley Conference) where he earned his Master’s Degree and worked with Women’s Track & Field, Cross Country, Golf and Soccer.

MEET OUR NUTRITION COACH

Daniel Goebel


RD, LDN, CSCS

Daniel played baseball at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. He worked at Duke University with the Sports Dietitian while taking classes at University of Alabama to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition. He worked with Football, Baseball, Men’s Tennis, Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse. He went to Iowa State University and completed his dietetic internship to become a Registered Dietitian (RD).

Daniel is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is a licensed dietitian/nutritionist (LDN) through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Daniel has most recently worked with the Las Vegas (Oakland) Raiders as a Sports Dietitian helping Raiders players fuel for performance on and off the field. His experience and passion for nutrition and fitness plays a key role helping you achieve your goals
