Having grown up an athlete (and someone who got banged up a lot in sports and life) it was only natural to pursue a life in the health, fitness, and performance space! Fast forward a bit, and I wound up with degrees in both exercise science and mental health & sport psychology, while occasionally finding time to compete in the sport of weightlifting. Fitness-wise, I've dabbled in a little bit of everything (except Barre, I'm admittedly intimidated by Barre) and appreciate what CrossFit does with regard to combining and applying different types of fitness for anyone and everyone. Outside of the gym ya boi loves making pizzas at home, being outside, and hanging with my dog. Also bad jokes, I tell a lot of those.
